Mealworms
Mealworms can be sent out in a variety of size. I can also send out starter sets if you want to start your own colony. Here at BBCB they are used as treats for the rodents and one of the options in the rotation for the jumping spiders. They are also great food for an assortment of other species. Mealworms are the larval stage of a species of darkling beetle, and are unable to fly in any life stage. They are very easy keepers both temporarily until they are fed off, and long term if you choose to have your own colony.
Dubia Roaches
Dubia roaches come in sizes from 0.25 inches to 1.5 inches long, depending on lifecycle stage. They don't fly and can't climb slick surfaces. They supply excellent nutrition to jumping spiders here, and can be great food for many other species.

Live food is necessary for many animals. It is important to get the supply from a source you feel comfortable with, since food is one of the largest factors in the health of an animal. We first and foremost breed to feed our own critters, though we want to be able to support others with our efforts as well. Our supply of feeders is small, so we won't necessarily be able to fulfill all requests. We want to make sure the quality and nutritional value of what we send out will meet the needs of our customers.
